Privacy notice
What happens with your data at UnLinked – in plain words. Version of 29 October 2026.
The short version
- We read your CV only to find jobs that fit you and to suggest CV changes.
- Your CV file is deleted after 30 days. Your badge stays until you delete your account.
- No ads, no tracking, no selling of data. One cookie keeps you logged in.
- You can download or delete everything at any time under Your data.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we store and why

We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it. We do not make decisions about you – the scores are suggestions for you only.
3. Who else gets data
We use a few services to run UnLinked. They only get what they need:
- Anthropic PBC (USA) – the AI that reads your CV and the job ads to create your badge, the scores and the CV edits. Under its terms for business customers, it does not use this data to train its models.
- Apify Technologies (Czech Republic) – collects public job ads. It only gets the job title and city you search for, never your CV.
- Stripe Payments Europe (Ireland) – handles payments. Your card or TWINT details go to Stripe, never to us.
- Google (Gmail) – sends our emails, so it sees your email address and the email text.
- Cloudflare – carries the traffic to our server, which is in Switzerland.
Some of these companies are in the USA. Data goes there only on the basis of the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved for Switzerland.
4. Your rights
You can ask what we store about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing. The fastest way: Your data – download everything or delete your account in one click. Or write to [contact email]. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
5. Cookies
One technical cookie keeps you logged in (30 days). We use no analytics and no tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
