The rules for using UnLinked. Version of 29 October 2026.

1. What UnLinked does

UnLinked, run by Mercury International GmbH, collects public job ads for the job title and city you choose and has an AI rate how well each one fits your CV. For the jobs you pick, it suggests changes to your CV. Scores and suggestions are help for your own decisions – we can't promise that the list is complete, that every score is right, or that you will get a job. The AI can make mistakes.

2. Your account

You log in with a link sent to your email. One account per person. Keep access to your email private – whoever can open the link can use your account.

3. Search tickets and prices

One ticket = one search. 1 search: CHF 9.90. 3 searches: CHF 24.90. A free Taster search (from sign-up or a coupon) may include less than a full search – for example fewer re-checks – and can be unlocked with one ticket at any time; it keeps its results. If a search fails on our side, you get the ticket back automatically. Apart from that, bought tickets are not refunded, unless the law says otherwise.

4. Your CV and the suggestions

Only upload a CV that is yours. You allow us to process it as described in the privacy notice. The CV suggestions only rephrase what is in your CV – check them, and only use what is true. You are responsible for your applications.

5. Fair use

Please don't use UnLinked with bots, resell results, or try to break or overload it. We may block accounts that do.

6. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and at most for what you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for the content of job ads or the websites they link to.

7. Not part of LinkedIn

UnLinked is an independent service. It is not connected to, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; if we do, we tell you before your next purchase. Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Mercury International GmbH, unless the law gives you a different one as a consumer.
